Ingredients For the Rub For the Sauce Pork Instructions Preheat the oven to 250° and clean the grill. Mix together all the ingredients for the rub except the oil. Using your hands, massage each rack with the oil. Now coat them with the rub as thoroughly as possible. Place the racks on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Slow roast in oven for 2 hours. While ribs are roasting, make the sauce by combining all the ingredients. 15 minutes before taking out of the oven, light the grill. Cook ribs on the grill for about 5 minutes on each side, then brush with sauce.* If you put the sauce on too soon, it will burn the sugars in the liquid, leaving a metallic flavor. Cook for about 5 more minutes on each side. Serve with grilled corn and slaw. |
