Molly Fuller
President
Molly’s interest in food and culture has taken her around the world — from high in the Himalayas to deep beneath the Red Sea. A strong believer in the importance of community and supporting local farmers and sustainable agriculture, Molly volunteers with the Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture (CUESA).
Molly holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a Moderating Certificate from the RIVA Institute. Combined with her experience in business development and system operations, (gained through positions at two start-up companies), her training guarantees Hands On Gourmet a solid "back office" foundation.
Since she comes from a family of business-minded entrepreneurs, Molly has innate business acumen, which is extremely focused and forward-thinking. She has a talent for strategic business development and analyzing systems to creatively improve operations and processes. At Hands On Gourmet, Molly applies her open-mindedness and natural leadership to serving clients, creating partnerships with other food and wine entrepreneurs and managing the internal team to accommodate growth.
Of the three Hands On Gourmet owners, two of them are women. As one of the female owners, Molly takes pride in being awarded the 2006 Make Mine a $Million Business program, which provides a combination of financing, mentoring, and marketing tools that women entrepreneurs need to grow their business to a million dollars and beyond. This program recognizes Hands On Gourmet as a fast-growing and forward-thinking company and offers support and guidance in taking the necessary steps for future growth and development. |
