Caroline Lubbers
Marketing Director

Caroline is an honorary member of the Hands On Gourmet team and acting Marketing Director for the company.  She is the founder and president of Goldfish Marketing Communications in Chicago.  Caroline has 10 years of experience in marketing, communications and business strategy and development in a variety of industries including specialty foods, architecture and engineering, insurance, real estate and retail.

Prior to founding Goldfish, Caroline spent four years as Vice-President at Vosges Haut-Chocolat, a fast growing leader in the specialty foods industry.  For the first three years, Caroline managed all of the operations running the business on a day-to-day basis while designing and implementing systems to accommodate the company's  annual growth of over 70% each year.  She then returned to her marketing roots and spearheaded an aggressive marketing campaign, which included the design of a customer loyalty program, an email mailing campaign, mail order catalog production and branding pieces.  

Caroline’s experience with both the front and back end of a fast-growing business have provided her with a unique understanding of what it takes to keep a business healthy while growing quickly through creative business development and strategic marketing.
